Shipping, Refund and Cancellation Policy
Diwaah offers Free Shipping and Cash on Delivery. All products are shipped out between 1 – 2 working days, and delivered between 3-8 days depending on location.
For Cash on Delivery orders :
In case your pin code is not serviceable for COD we shall request you to make the payment online.
You cannot open the box without making the payment at the time of delivery.
If the product or packaging has been tampered with, do not accept the order.
No credit/debit cards are accepted at the door under the Cash on Delivery method.
Exchanges & Returns:
We only exchange/return items if they are defective or damaged. We might request you to share an image of your product/s for your order to qualify as an exchange. The exchange request must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the product.
If 48 hours have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.
If you need to exchange/return the product, send us an email at email@example.com or send a WhatsApp message at +91-8392888920. We will initiate the return pickup process.
Once initiated, pack the items with all tags in the same courier bag the product was delivered in. A courier pickup person will pick up the bag within 48 hours from your address.
Exchanges/Returns will be processed only once the product has been received in our warehouse and has been checked for quality.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Cancellations & Refund:
The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location.
The order should be cancelled within 24hours of the order placed.
Diwaah reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.
