A.)   How can I return or exchange a product and in how much time?

Return or exchange can be initiated within 7 days of delivery in accordance with our returns and exchange policy. To initiate a return or exchange connect us.

 

B.)    How many times can I exchange a product?

Exchange is valid for one time with a different size of the same article only. Once an exchange has been processed, the item(s) cannot be returned or exchanged and the transaction will be considered final. If the product has been delivered wrongly by us, we will exchange it even if it exceeds the “one exchange only” policy.

 

C.)    Who pays for the return/exchange shipping?

Return and exchange shipping is free to the customer. Yayy!

 

D.)   Return/ Exchange Terms & Conditions

Returns are not processed for any products that are tampered with, in used condition, with damaged packaging, without tags, etc. Diwaah reserves the right to do a thorough quality check of the product to ensure it is resalable before issuing a credit or exchanging the product. If we receive a returned item that doesn’t meet our above-mentioned conditions, it will be returned to the customer.

 

E.)    Exchange process

  1. Our customer care team will contact you for gathering any additional information once you have initiated an exchange.
  2. The delivery boy will do the reverse pickup from the given address within 2-3 days of confirmation of the exchange request. Maximum attempts of pick-up will be two. Please ensure that there is someone at home or office to hand over the exchange.
  3. Once the product is received, it will be inspected to ensure that all the conditions mentioned under section D.) are covered.
  4. The exchange can only be processed once.
  5. On successful inspection, the exchanged product will be dispatched within 2-3 business days.
  6. The exchange can only be processed once and only of the same article for a different size, the differential amount, if any, shall be forfeited. This will apply irrespective of any increase or decrease in the price of the product being exchanged.
  7. Once an exchange request has been initiated, it cannot be converted to a refund/ return request.

 

F.)    Return & Refund process

  1. Anything that has been bought on discount/sale cannot be refunded.
  2. Our customer care team will contact you for gathering any additional information once you have initiated the return.
  3. Our delivery boy will do the reverse pickup from the given address within 2-3 days of confirmation of the return request. Please ensure that there is someone at home or office to hand over the return. It takes 4-7 business days for us to receive the product once it has been picked up from your premises. Maximum attempts of pick-up will be two.
  4. Once the product is received, it will be inspected to ensure that all the conditions mentioned under section D.) are covered.
  5. On successful inspection, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.
  6. Refund shall be made at the same issuing bank through which the Product was purchased. For cash on delivery transactions, the User has the option to receive the refund in any bank account via NEFT (for which the User shall have to share the bank details).
